Q.   I noticed your Business Lists and the prices are unbeatable! How can you offer them so inexpensively?

A.   We extract the lists electronically ourselves with our own extraction program from the Internet and from online electronic directories/databases as well as from many other sources such as telephone directories, annual statement and public records. Furthermore, We also utilize 2 call centers in India to verify our listings continually. We sort and parse the data in-house which saves money. Furthermore, we sell our lists only on the internet therefore passing on the savings directly to you!

Q.   I see your lists but I need even more specific data. I was wondering if you offered custom lists?

A.   We have various tools that will allow us to search and sort through our extensive business’s database and produce any custom lists in Canada or the USA. This allows us to get specific data on zip/postal codes, area codes, business names….or other info! Contact us here for a quote on what you need.

Technical Support

The data received from www.info-castle.com can be imported into any application you use to manage your data and client information. This could include contact management programs like ACT!, Goldmine, or Maximizer, accounting programs, spreadsheets (MS Excel), or any word processing program you choose! These programs can help you print letters and mailing labels, schedule your calls, and manage your opportunities. In addition, you can download our own application called Data-Interface which will allow you to read, manipulate and save the list in any way you want. Please remember when importing a list to Excel, the spreadsheet is limited to only 65,500 rows and therefore if the data list is larger than 65,500 records – not all records will be displayed.
